Refund policy

We do not have a MONETARY REFUND. Exchange only is allowed in cases where what was advertised isn’t what is received or the item that was sent was damaged on transit and we will be responsible for cost of exchange. Please kindly ensure you check your size and preferences when making purchases because we will not be responsible for mistake or change of choice after purchases have been made.

Exchange T&C: Return should be in the same condition it was sent and must be done within 48hrs within UK and 7 working days outside Uk. After the window period management will not attend to such returns.
